Bottling Log

A bottling control ledger (Annex 9) kept for the full year: wine received from production, bottling into 0.75 and 1.0 l bottles, and losses. The system totals the balance for you and prints the ledger in a compliant format. Each bottling run also feeds the excise stamp records: one event, two documents.
